We ask for a 50% reservation deposit on all bookings. This secures your moving date and your crew. You can pay by bank deposit or cash, and we issue a receipt for cash deposits.
Your deposit is fully refundable as long as you let us know at least 48 hours before the move. Same-day cancellations result in a 50% loss of the deposit, which covers mobilisation costs and loss of potential income. Full details are on our policies page.
Yes. Rescheduling requests are honoured after a phone conversation at least 48 hours before the move, subject to crew availability and any pricing changes.
The outstanding balance is paid to the team lead once the job is complete. This is usually by cash unless otherwise discussed, and you receive an official MIT receipt acknowledging full payment.
